Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of modelsunset.unicorn-group.net (the “Site”) and the paid ModelSunset Alerts subscription (the “Service”), provided by Unicorn Group (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Site

The Site’s public tools and data are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. ModelSunset tracks official AI model deprecation and shutdown dates. Data is compiled from official public sources and is provided “as is” — always confirm critical dates with the original source linked on each page.

2. The Service

ModelSunset Alerts is a monthly subscription ($5 per month plus applicable taxes) that lets you keep a watchlist and receive alerts via Slack or Discord webhooks and a personal calendar feed. Access is granted automatically after payment through your private account link.

3. Payments

Orders are processed by Creem, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage billing”) or the link in your receipt; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Site or API (for example automated scraping at a volume that degrades service), attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The Site and Service are provided without warranties of any kind. Alerts depend on third-party data (e.g. provider deprecation pages, Google’s APIs) and delivery channels we don’t control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
